The finished wine has a bright color, very intense and deep, purplish red with blue tones. The aromas are very fresh and notes of maraschino cherries, vanilla, chocolate, cocoa and coconut are provided by wood, exotic black fruits and some field herbs like thyme. The palate is very balanced with good structure and volume, firm and silky tannins.
