This sustainably-farmed Bourgogne Blanc is plump, pleasant, and seriously delicious. Fruit comes from six parcels in the village of Meursault. Notes of stone fruit, lemon zest, and baking spice dominate the wine’s grippy palate. Fruit is hand-harvested, steel-vinified, and aged for 12 months in barrel, plus 3-6 months in tank.
